a beautiful planet

Year 2008.  Every time I travelled there for business purpose, one of the most enjoyments I had when flying between Beijing and Hohhot in Inner Mongolia and vice-versa, was to take photos of the beautiful landscape still intact and difficulty to get access by tourists. And I wish we will not be able to get massively access so soon.

Except winter time the skies of Inner Mongolia are often cleaned and cristal clear but the flight time took only about 1 hour and, apart from the safety demonstration, I skipped every inflight detail so I could concentrate in nice spots to photograph. And there are plenty. This particular mountainous landscape is located near Daihai Sea lake from where a chain of beautiful mountains follows almost until Beijing. But when approaching the Capital and the Great Wall starts to be visible almost everything else beyond that until landing starts to be blurred because the known Beijing smog which problem is not from today.  And I think Stephen Hawking  is right; “I believe alien life is quite common in the universe, although intelligence life is less so. Some say it has yet to appear on planet Earth.”, he once said. Which means if we don’t learn from permanent past errors WE can’t be so that intelligent…
